Job summary

WorldClinic, Inc is seeking a Health & Wellness Specialist (On-Site Medic) to support safety and wellbeing of jobsite workers. You will assess patients, administer first aid, and coordinate care under provider direction, with strong collaboration between clinical teams.

The role emphasizes independent field work, adherence to HIPAA/EHR documentation, and proactive injury prevention. Competitive benefits, on-site schedule, and clean medical facilities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS, CPR, First Aid required; EMT/NREMT preferred.
• 3–4 years in emergency, occupational, military medicine, or similar field.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be able to walk the jobsite for up to 5 hours daily; must be able to lift 25–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, administer first aid, and provide guided treatment under provider direction.
• Support case management through patient follow-ups, referrals, and ongoing care coordination.
• Foster strong relationships with patients, on-site staff, and healthcare providers for optimal care and communication.
• Serve as a psychosocial support resource using a peer support model for site personnel.
• Lead injury prevention initiatives, including stretch and flex programs and ergonomic coaching.
• Document patient interactions in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Keep the on-site medical facility clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
• Collaborate with jobsite safety teams on orientations, trainings, and assignments.
