Job summary

JobSiteCare is seeking a Health & Wellness Specialist (On-Site Medic) to support safety and well-being at construction sites. You will conduct patient assessments, provide first aid, and coordinate care with clinical teams, working independently in the field with clinical backup.

The role emphasizes proactive injury prevention, on-site medical coordination, and strong communication with site staff and healthcare providers. A driver’s license and willingness to walk job sites are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS, CPR, First Aid certifications required; EMT/NREMT preferred.
• 3–4 years in emergency, occupational, military medicine, or similar field.
• Must be able to commute to Avondale, CO and walk jobsite up to 5 hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and provide first aid under provider direction.
• Coordinate case management with follow-ups and referrals.
• Maintain on-site medical facility, manage supplies, and document in EHR.
• Provide psychosocial support and ergonomic coaching on site.
