Job summary

WorldClinic, Inc and JobSiteCare are seeking a proactive Health & Wellness Specialist (On-Site EMT/Medic) to support jobsite workers’ safety and well-being through on-site medical care and coordination with clinical teams.

This part-time, on-site role requires 3–4 years of emergency/occupational medicine experience, valid driver’s license, and ability to work Saturdays. Training and independent field work are core aspects of the position.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent is required.
• BLS, CPR and First Aid certification are required; EMT/NREMT is preferred.
• 3–4 years of experience in emergency, occupational, military medicine, or similar field.
• Valid driver’s license; able to walk jobsite up to 5 hours daily; lift 25–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and administer first aid under provider direction.
• Support case management through follow-ups, referrals, and care coordination.
• Foster strong relationships with patients, staff, and healthcare providers.
• Provide psychosocial support using a peer-support model for site personnel.
• Lead injury prevention initiatives including stretch programs and ergonomic coaching.
• Document patient interactions in the EHR system.
• Keep on-site medical facility clean, organized, and stocked.
• Collaborate with safety teams during orientations, trainings, and assignments.
