Job summary

JobSiteCare Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Health & Wellness Specialist (On-Site EMT/Medic) to support the safety and well-being of jobsite workers through injury prevention, on-site medical support, and coordination with clinical teams.

This role offers an on-site, Saturday-only schedule with competitive pay and the opportunity to work independently in the field backed by a clinical team. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, BLS/CPR/First Aid certifications, and 3–4

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS, CPR, and First Aid certifications required; EMT preferred.
• Minimum 3–4 years in emergency, occupational, military medicine, or similar field.
• Valid driver's license; ability to walk jobsite for up to 5 hours daily; lift 25–50 pounds.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, administer first aid, and provide guided treatment under provider direction.
• Support comprehensive case management through patient follow-ups, referrals, and ongoing care coordination.
• Foster strong, trusting relationships with patients, on-site staff, and healthcare providers to ensure optimal care and communication.
• Serve as a resource for psychosocial support, applying a peer support model to assist site personnel.
• Lead proactive injury prevention initiatives, including "stretch and flex" programs and ergonomic coaching.
• Accurately document patient interactions and care in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Ensure the on-site medical facility remains clean, organized, and fully stocked with essential supplies.
• Collaborate with jobsite safety teams by supporting orientations, trainings, and additional assignments.
