Job summary

Oracle is seeking an Employee Relations Consultant to join our on-site HR support team in Abilene, Texas. You will manage a broad portfolio of employee relations cases, coach managers, conduct investigations, and interpret policies to ensure fair, timely resolutions.

This role requires a results-oriented, on-site presence in a 24/7 data center environment, collaborating with HR, Legal, and operations to balance employee experience with operational risk and continuity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR or employee relations experience in a similar setting.
• Ability to manage sensitive matters independently and escalate when needed.
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and practices.
• Experience supporting shift-based, hourly, or data center workforces is preferred.
• Strong written communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR/case-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse employee relations caseload from intake through resolution.
• Provide policy-aligned consultation and coaching to frontline leaders.
• Conduct fact-finding and investigations into medium-to-complex matters.
• Maintain on-floor presence and build credibility with employees and leaders.
• Elevate high-risk concerns and escalate appropriately with HR/Legal.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure confidential, timely case resolution.
• Analyze case themes and support continuous-improvement projects.
