Job summary

Quince is seeking an Embroidery Machine Operator for its Santa Fe Springs, CA production facility. This full-time, on-site role involves setting up and running embroidery and related decoration equipment, with a focus on meeting output and quality targets.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple decoration methods and collaborating with the production team to ensure consistent, high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Experience in garment decoration, embroidery, apparel construction, or related production environment strongly preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail for placement, registration, color, and stitch count.
• Ability to follow SOPs consistently and flag issues promptly.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends when required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain embroidery equipment and related decoration methods.
• Run daily production against output and quality targets.
• Inspect finished pieces against job specs for placement, registration, color, stitch count, and construction.
• Identify and resolve defects; escalate to Lead as needed.
• Perform setup changes using SOPs and decoration specs.
• Conduct pre-shift readiness checks and daily maintenance.
