Job summary

Talent Edge Recruiting is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager/Estimator for a growing commercial electrical contractor in Pacific, WA. You will manage bids, estimates, and project execution from kickoff to closeout, while maintaining strong client and team relationships.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in electrical estimating and project management, proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Accubid, and Excel, and a track record of delivering projects in the $1M–$10M range.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical estimating and project management experience.
• Experience estimating and managing projects around $1M–$10M.
• Commercial electrical or light industrial experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Accubid, Procore, and Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Vehicle allowance + gas card.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage electrical estimates and bids.
• Oversee commercial electrical projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, superintendents, and field crews.
• Manage schedules, budgets, forecasting, procurement, and timelines.
