Job summary

Talent Edge Recruiting is seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Project Manager to lead commercial projects from kickoff through closeout. This hands-on role balances field involvement, client communication, scheduling, financial management, and project execution.

You will supervise schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders; coordinate with field teams, GCs, vendors, and stakeholders; and visit jobsites to keep projects on track and profitable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial electrical project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction, codes, and project execution.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Procore experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial electrical projects from turnover to closeout.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, manpower planning, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Coordinate with field teams, GCs, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Visit jobsites regularly to stay ahead of issues and keep projects on track.
• Monitor project performance, profitability, and client satisfaction.
