Job summary

TSP talent is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems in a fast-paced facility in Oak Vale, MS. You will repair machinery, record daily meter readings, and assist in training new employees on how to operate equipment.

The role requires a self-driven team player with strong troubleshooting abilities, particularly with PLCs, inverter drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, and conveying systems.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years electrical experience in industrial settings.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems safely.
• Know safety and quality standards applicable to plant maintenance.
• Able to access all facility areas and equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with PLCs, drives, pneumatics and hydraulics.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems and repair equipment.
• Record daily meter readings and monitor system performance.
• Respond to maintenance calls during production hours.
• Assist in training new employees on machinery operation.
