Job summary

Superior is seeking a Construction Assistant Project Manager to support electrical construction projects in Jeffersonville, Ohio. You will assist with contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding, and contract administration, helping on-site operations run more efficiently under the Project Manager.

This role reports to the Project Manager and requires at least 1 year of field or project experience on a commercial construction site, or a Construction Systems Management/Education credential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of field or project experience on a commercial construction site or related degree/certificate.
• Experience supporting project operations in construction is a plus.
• Active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage creation and submission of RFIs and integrate them into project documents.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers through the submittal process.
• Support creation, submission, and management of change orders.
• Track progress by updating contract documents and photographing the jobsite.
• Monitor the project schedule and update leadership on status.
• Assist Foreman with material and equipment delivery to site.
• Lead project close-out, including warranties, waivers, and as-builts.
• Develop understanding of project finance with Operations and Finance teams.
