Job summary

Superior is seeking a Building Information Modeling (BIM) Lead to drive on-site electrical 3D design and construction coordination for data center projects in Port Washington, WI.

The role requires hands-on experience in Revit and BIM/VDC workflows, coordinating with field teams, and delivering clash-free models and installation drawings while following the project standards. This is an on-site position with a strong emphasis on collaboration and precision.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 5 years of experience in 3D BIM/VDC modeling using Revit.
• Requires at least 3 years of experience in Electrical BIM/VDC modeling.
• Requires at least 3 years of experience in a Construction/MEP environment supporting large data center or similar projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site liaison between the field team and BIM resources, ensuring timely communication and coordination of project needs.
• Coordinate BIM deliverables, including 3D models, installation drawings, and prefabrication packages, to support field execution.
• Conduct jobsite walks with field leadership and incorporate field conditions and feedback into BIM models.
• Participate in BIM coordination and project progress meetings, including clash detection and resolution efforts.
• Perform QA/QC reviews of BIM deliverables to ensure accuracy, constructability, and alignment with project requirements.
• Create and maintain Revit and Navisworks models used for BIM coordination and construction planning.
• Support RFIs, as-built documentation, and Trimble point layout development as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Follow established BIM standards, drawing production processes, and project documentation requirements.
