FirstEnergy Corp. is seeking a Lines Planner/Scheduler in Cumberland, MD for on-site duties. You will plan and schedule overhead/underground line work, coordinate with operations and crews, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes safe, efficient delivery of maintenance and construction activities and requires strong communication with stakeholders. You will develop short- and near-term work plans, track progress, and assist in emergencies or storm-related tasks while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology or related discipline or 3+ years related work experience.
• Experience in planning/scheduling and coordinating construction/maintenance activities.
• Professional and courteous interaction with engineers, management, customers, contractors and the public.

Responsabilités

• Plan and schedule overhead/underground line work, manage work queues and resources.
• Direct crews, assign tasks, and coordinate with internal/external teams.
• Prepare reports and metrics to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Develop 2-week and 1-month work plans and adjust daily as needed.
• Support emergencies and storm-related activities and travel as required.
