Job summary

FirstEnergy Corp is seeking a Planner Scheduler/Readiness Coordinator for our Morgantown, WV site. This on-site role supports short-range planning, scheduling operational processes, and driving process improvements within our work management system.

Qualifications

• Education and related work experience as specified in the qualifications.
• Experience with planning/scheduling/prioritizing of work and construction/maintenance practices.
• Knowledge of electrical distribution systems and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule short-range operations center activities to maximize productivity.
• Coordinate with groups to establish job start and completion dates and resource requirements.
• Manage work queues, staffing, equipment, materials, and permits.
• Provide technical reports and metrics to ensure compliance with FirstEnergy practices.
