Zusammenfassung

FASCore Construction LLC is seeking an on-site EHS Specialist for a Jeffersonville, Indiana project. You will implement site-wide EHS programs, review plans, conduct inspections, and coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to maintain OSHA-aligned safety practices.

The role requires hands-on safety leadership on large-scale construction sites, strong communication, and travel to project sites as needed. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work in the Louisville area.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in construction site safety management or industrial EHS roles (large-scale construction or industrial projects preferred).
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety compliance; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Hands-on site safety inspections, safety training, and incident management.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Project Manager in establishing and implementing site-specific EHS management plans, procedures, and control measures.
• Review construction plans, method statements, and technical measures from an EHS perspective, ensuring alignment with OSHA standards.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections and hazard assessments; ensure timely corrective actions.
• Monitor subcontractor activities for compliance with project safety requirements.
• Manage site safety performance, including incident prevention, reporting, investigation, and root cause analysis.
• Support safety training programs, including site orientations and toolbox talks.
• Track and report safety performance.
• Participate in coordination meetings with the owner, project team, and subcontractors.
• Support equipment installation, testing, and commissioning activities by ensuring safety compliance.
