Responsibilities

• Provide field-based safety oversight across active construction projects.
• Travel between 3 project sites throughout the Indianapolis area as required.
• Maintain a visible safety presence in active work areas.
• Support safety activities associated with civil construction, concrete operations, infrastructure improvements, site development, and commercial construction.
• Work with project teams, field leadership, craft personnel, and subcontractors.
• Conduct safety audits and support regulatory compliance.
• Provide safety training and reinforce safe work practices.
• Support incident management activities.
• Identify hazards and help support safe project execution.
