FASCore Construction LLC in Jeffersonville, Indiana, is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee overall construction management of assigned projects, coordinating owner, subcontractor, and government-regulator relationships. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to required quality standards.

You will manage safety, schedule, quality, change management, and cost control, participate in owner coordination meetings, and develop commissioning

• Establish and implement the responsible contracting entities; fulfill contractor responsibilities externally and coordinate owner responsibilities internally.
• Prepare and review the construction organization design and construction plans, and submit them for owner approval.
• Execute project construction management, coordinating with the owner, subcontractors, and government regulators.
• Manage project safety, schedule, quality, change management, and cost control.
• Participate in owner coordination meetings to ensure safe and orderly site construction.
• Develop commissioning plans for equipment and systems; complete testing, commissioning, acceptance, and handover to the owner.
• Handle construction permits and administrative procedures; compile documentation and complete inspections for each project phase.
• Implement cost control, confirm additional work and site variations outside the original budget, and manage contract payment collection.
