Job summary

StickerGiant is seeking an EHS, CI & Production Planner to lead safety initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and develop production plans that meet demand while ensuring quality.

You will manage daily and weekly schedules, coordinate with Purchasing and Manufacturing, monitor KPIs, and lead root-cause analyses. This 100% on-site role requires Lean experience, ERP/MRP proficiency, and strong analytical and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations, EHS, or related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years in manufacturing, EHS, CI, or production planning.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety systems.
• Experience with Lean and continuous improvement tools.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS initiatives and safety culture across all shifts and departments.
• Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and training programs.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Develop and manage daily and weekly production schedules based on demand and capacity.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Prepress, and Manufacturing to align supply and demand.
• Monitor WIP levels and inventory turns, adjust schedules as needed.
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
