Job summary

Seattle Radiology is seeking a temporary Data Entry Clerk in Seattle, WA, to support electronic health records work for a ~3-month project. The on-site role requires high accuracy, ability to multi-task, and confidentiality while transferring imaging records between systems.

Salary ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 hourly, with parking provided. This temp position is full-time for approximately three months, with duties centered on reliable data entry and record management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year experience in data base entry and/or processing medical records.
• Must be proficient with MS Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently transfer prior imaging records between systems.
• Maintain attention to detail to ensure records are complete and properly filed.
• Manage tasks and priorities with high accuracy and organization.
• Protect patient confidentiality and securely handle medical records in compliance with HIPAA.
