Job summary

Radia Inc. via Seattle Radiology is seeking a temporary Data Entry Clerk to support a three-month project on-site in Seattle, WA. The role requires transferring imaging records between systems with high accuracy and strict confidentiality.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or equivalent, have 1 year of data entry or medical records processing experience, and are proficient with MS Office, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year experience in data base entry and or processing medical records.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to work responsibly and to maintain the highest of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently transfer prior imaging records between systems
• Maintains strong attention to detail to ensure imaging records are complete, accurate and properly filed
• Manage tasks and priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and organization
• Protect patient confidentiality and securely handle medical records in compliance with all HIPAA regulations
• Ability to meet performance metrics, with a focus on quality, accuracy, and timeliness
