Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in STEM with 14+ years of design and integration experience or Master's with 12+ years.
• Active Secret clearance (within past 6 years) or in Continuous Evaluation.
• Ability to obtain SAP clearance prior to employment.
• Experience leading technical teams and IPT leadership roles.
• Experience with Environmental Control Systems (ECS).
• Proficiency with MS Office tools: PowerPoint, Excel, Word.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME and IPT lead for the ECS subsystem.
• Engage with leadership, customers, suppliers, and a broad range of stakeholders.
• Lead ECS engineering team and foster collaboration and technical excellence.
• Present technical, schedule, risk & opportunity content to leadership.
• Occasional travel up to 10% to support supplier activities and tests.
• Interface with system test and manufacturing teams to meet program goals.
• Management of Risks, Issues and Opportunities.
