Job summary

Saulsbury Industries in Abernathy, TX is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) construction on industrial sites. You will manage on-site teams, coordinate with owners, engineers and subcontractors, and ensure work meets safety, schedule, and cost targets.

Candidates should have 3+ years of experience managing large E&I projects, strong verbal and written communication, and proven ability to review plans, contracts, and budgets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing large instrument and electrical construction projects.
• Proven success in management of construction projects.
• Ability to review project plans, specifications, contracts, subcontracts, and budgets.
• Estimating experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple activities and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead profitable, well-constructed, safe projects completed on time.
• Review project proposals with project team and Director of Operations.
• Determine cost-effective construction methods and resource use.
• Coordinate construction activities with owner, subcontractors, and company personnel.
• Manage project staff, including support staff and supervisors.
• Promote safety as a priority and inform management of project costs vs. budgets.
• Coordinate budget estimating, purchasing, engineering, accounting, cost, and construction functions.
• Establish and maintain relationships with owner, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
