Job summary

Saulsbury Industries seeks an On-Site Quality Control Manager for the E&I division on a large project in Abernathy, TX. The role reports to the Divisional Quality Manager – E&I or Project Manager and is full-time on site with night shift.

You will review documents, ensure staff certifications, oversee 3rd party inspections, manage quality documentation, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors to uphold project quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 yrs. experience as an E&I project quality inspector.
• Valid driver’s license; able to clear drug and background checks.
• Experience with E&I disciplines and multi-disciplined onsite teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel and Word; familiarity with common databases.
• Knowledge of NEC, NETA, IEEE, VE-2 codes and relatedstandards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client representatives and project teams to ensure quality.
• Review project documents and drawings for quality procedure compliance.
• Confirm site staff certifications are current for assigned work.
• Oversee 3rd party inspections and testing; review documentation for compliance.
• Maintain quality documentation and project turnover books.
• Report deficiencies, hold points, and progress to QA management weekly.
• Provide quality guidance to field teams and monitor E&I tasks for compliance.
