Job summary

Saulsbury Industries in Abernathy, TX seeks a seasoned on-site Project Manager for Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) phases on industrial construction projects. You will lead an E&I team, coordinate with owners, subcontractors, and internal staff to ensure safe, profitable project delivery on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include supervising project staff, enforcing safety priorities, reviewing cost reports and change orders, and guiding procurement, scheduling, and closeout

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing large instrument and electrical construction projects.
• Strong track record in management of construction projects.
• Working knowledge of project plans, specifications, contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders and drawings.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Assume overall responsibility for a profitable, well-constructed, safe project, completed in a timely manner.
• Coordinate construction activities with owner, subcontractors and company personnel.
• Review proposals and pertinent documents with project team and Director of Operations.
• Review and approve subcontractor selections, invoicing, and change orders.
