Job summary

Saulsbury Industries in Abernathy, TX is seeking an on-site Project Manager for E&I construction projects on a night shift. You will lead an E&I team, manage budgets, schedules, safety, and coordination with owners and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience directing large instrument and electrical construction projects, strong communication, and proven ability to deliver within cost and time constraints.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing large instrument and electrical construction projects.
• Experience with project plans, specs, Owner Contract, subcontracts, purchase orders, and cost control.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work night shift on project site.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for a profitable, well-constructed, safe project completed on time.
• Review project proposal and pertinent documents with project team and Director of Operations.
• Coordinate construction activities with owner, subcontractors, and Company personnel.
• Manage project staff, including superintendents, foreman, and assistants.
• Promote, enforce, and establish safety as a priority in project management.
• Ensure timely and accurate billings and budgets through reports.
