Job summary

Crossroads Hospitality, LLC seeks a Dual Director of Sales in Morrisville, NC to drive revenue across two hotels. The role leads sales initiatives, develops client relationships, and ensures both properties achieve revenue goals through proactive strategies and superior service.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with larger hotel properties, extended-stay operations, and corporate sales, and will lead partnerships across Durham and the Research Triangle Park area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive hotel sales experience, including leadership roles.
• Experience with larger properties and extended-stay hospitality is strongly preferred.
• Proven success managing corporate accounts, group sales, and local negotiated accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets for two properties.
• Identify corporate accounts, extended-stay opportunities, groups, and local negotiated business.
• Lead client presentations, site tours, and contract negotiations to secure new business.
