Job summary

Quantum Systems seeks a Field Support Technician to deliver on-site technical support, repair, and troubleshooting for our drone systems across Europe. You will work with Support, R&D, Product, and Training/Demo teams to resolve issues on-site, ensure product reliability, and enable customer success through hands-on support and knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities include on-site troubleshooting, repair tasks, safety compliance, and coordination of visits with internal teams.

Qualifications

Degree or vocational training in electronics, mechatronics, aerospace, or a comparable field.
Equivalent practical experience in technical support, field service, or hands-on system troubleshooting is acceptable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on root-cause resolution.
High ownership and accountability when handling customer issues and escalations.

Responsibilities

Deliver on-site troubleshooting and repair of Quantum Systems products at customer sites across Europe.
Provide on-site repair and rework tasks as needed.
Ensure safety standards and compliance during all service activities.
Assist training and demo teams with on-site technical support.
Plan and coordinate visits, manage tickets in Jira Service Management, and document findings.
