Job summary

CRL Technologies, Inc. seeks a Mid-Level Program Analyst (Strategic Communications) for an on-site role in Lexington Park, MD.

You will develop and deliver strategic communications, craft messages for DoD leadership and sponsors, and coordinate with industry partners to support an advanced development program. The role requires four years in strategic communications, strong MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint skills, and excellent oral and written communication in a security-heavy

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of experience in strategic communications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience withAdobe Acrobat and SharePoint file sharing systems.
• Demonstrated outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in a dynamic, schedule-constrained, and complex security environment; Special Access Program experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute comprehensive communication strategies aligned with customer objectives.
• Identify delivery channels and approaches to engage target audiences.
• Develop content management processes to ensure timely information.
• Create message maps, storyboards, and scripts to reflect the customer's messages.
• Establish evaluations of strategy and pursue continual process improvement.
• Collaborate with customer and industry partners on a comprehensive communications approach.
• Gather information for service requests and assist in meeting requirements.
• Build rapport and sustain positive relationships with customers.
