Job summary

Rivet Operations Company in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Structural Planner to conduct on-site surveys and plan structural work for Nellis AFB projects. You will define scope, materials, and man-hours while coordinating with shop foremen and craftsmen.

The role covers SOW/SOO preparation, bid evaluation support, and ensuring compliance with Air Force standards. A bachelor’s in Civil/Structural Engineering and DoD experience are preferred; strong planning and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience developing SOW/SOO and estimates for in-house and contractor work.
• Knowledge of DoD or U.S. Air Force environments.
• Ability to manage schedules, staffing, budgets, and priorities on dynamic projects.

Responsibilities

• Receives and schedules work requests; tracks through completion.
• Manages administrative actions for ongoing projects and permits.
• Prepares SOWs/SOO, reviews bids, and coordinates with disciplines.
