Job summary

Rivet Operations Company LLC is seeking a Plumbing Planner in Las Vegas, NV to conduct on-site surveys and plan water and fuel systems work for the 99th Civil Engineer Squadron at Nellis AFB. The role defines scope, materials, and man-hours, estimating full resource requirements for in-house and contract work.

The selected candidate will develop detailed plans, specifications, and drawings, and ensure work meets NEC, UFC, UPC, and UMC codes while monitoring progress and providing regular briefs

Qualifications

• Knowledge of NEC/UFC/UMC/UPC codes and standards.
• Experience conducting on-site surveys and defining scope, materials, and man-hours.
• Proficiency with CMMS and project tracking tools for monitoring tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative actions for ongoing projects and track status.
• Prepare statements of work (SOWs) and monitor contractor compliance.
• Define scope of work and keep stakeholders informed of status.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety, and DoD/AF standards where applicable.
• Collaborate with multiple engineering disciplines across plumbing and fuel systems.
