Qualifications

• Associates degree in Construction Management/Technology with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong reading of plans, specs, and submittal registers.
• Familiarity with CPM scheduling, cost estimating, change orders, and government payment estimates.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control construction operations of large projects with complex systems.
• Review plans to determine feasibility and practicality of construction for base facilities.
• Coordinate schedules, prepare statements of work, and assist in negotiations on price and schedule changes.
• Ensure compliance with schedules, specifications, and shop drawings; reject nonconforming work; maintain logs and records.
• Communicate with contracting officer, project engineer, and contractor teams; report progress and issues.
