Qualifications

• Requires BS in engineering, architecture, or Construction Management with relevant US experience, or equivalent combinations.
• Includes proficiency with information management, project tracking, and CADD software.
• Experience conducting site/facility surveys, economic analyses, and feasibility studies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects with engineers, architects, planners, and construction agents.
• Use project tracking and CADD tools to ensure design submissions meet programmed parameters.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental codes.
