Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or Construction Management from a US-accredited institution.
• Alternative: BS degree with 8+ years of military facility/infrastructure experience.
• Alternate pathway: a 2-year technical degree in civil engineering with 12 years of military facility experience.
• Proficiency with information management, project tracking, and CADD software.
• Experience with site/facility surveys, economic analyses, and feasibility studies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects with engineers, architects, planners, tenants, and construction agents.
• Use project tracking and CADD software to ensure submissions meet programmed parameters.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental codes and improve workplace safety.
• Prepare programming documents and funding requests for MILCON and related programs.
