Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a SharePoint Online Administrator.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows O365 suite.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Active Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Manage DoD SharePoint environments for JECC.
• Configure, manage, and migrate SharePoint across NIPR, SIPR, JWICS.
• Provide onsite Tier 1 and 2 support and training.
• Prepare user guides and documentation.
• Host briefings for senior leadership.
• Ensure storage space and archiving; perform cleanups.
• Control access and permissions for HUB and spoke sites.
• Troubleshoot SharePoint issues and outages.
• Support Power Platform integration.
