Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a SharePoint Online Administrator.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems (O365) suite.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong customer service experience in Tier 1/2 support.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation for the command's SharePoint portal and sites by identifying and implementing new features and improvements.
• Host and facilitate briefings and planning meetings for senior leadership.
• Design and conduct training workshops to increase user proficiency in SharePoint and Power Platform.
• Create and maintain user guides, how-to articles, FAQs, and technical papers.
• Manage access, storage, and issues across HUB and spoke SharePoint sites, and troubleshoot problems.
