Job summary

You will configure, migrate, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, design training for users, and provide Tier 1/2 support. Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration with senior leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a SharePoint Online Administrator.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and migrate DoD SharePoint platforms across NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS.
• Provide onsite Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for SharePoint Online operations.
• Design and deliver formal training workshops and briefings for senior leadership.
• Maintain clear, concise SharePoint user guides, FAQs, and technical papers.
• Collaborate with the JECC staff and document administration processes.
