Job summary

GTSC seeks a Business Financial Professional (BFP) Level 2 to support the Annapolis Junction program in Maryland. The role focuses on budgeting, spend plan maintenance, and requisition processing to support day-to-day mission activities.

The ideal candidate will have DoD/IC financial management experience, proficiency with Excel formulas and pivot tables, and be able to coordinate with government officials on financial data and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business required.
• 8 years DoD/IC or 10 years combined DoD/IC/commercial purchasing/finance experience required.
• Experience in budget planning, budget preparation, and budget execution for acquisition programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with validation/completion of Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs).
• Enter requisitions in IC agency financial management system with necessary information.
• Prepare MIPR/EAO requisitions and related documents.
• Create and maintain spend plans in the financial management system.
• Monitor and report on funding usage and budget status.
