BCT LLC is seeking a mid-level Business Finance Professional (BFP) for Fort Meade, MD. The role supports program budgets, spend plans, and requisitions within NSA financial management systems.

The BFP II will coordinate with Government officials and Contracting staff, ensuring funds obligations and data integrity to support mission activities while leveraging extensive DoD/IC experience.

Formación

• Eight (8) years of DoD/IC experience, or ten (10) years in DoD/IC/commercial purchasing or finance with a business-focused Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in preparing reports reflecting program status in cost, schedule and performance.
• Experience in budget planning, preparation and execution for acquisition programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, including importing Excel data into presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in validating Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs).
• Support End of Year activities and actual data calls.
• Enter requisitions in the NSA's financial management system with required info.
• Prepare non-complex MIPRs and Economy Act Orders and related requisitions.
• Process incoming MIPRs and EAOs using BM&A procedures.
• Create and maintain spend plans in the financial system.
• Modify requisitions to align with Contracting guidance for funds obligation.
• Assist Government PMs in tracking requirements through execution and approvals.
• Pull financial reports/data from agency systems and ensure compliance.
