Job summary

Nakupuna Services LLC is hiring a Database Sustainment Specialist to support DMLSS-FM databases at Ft Wainwright in Alaska. The role involves on-site work, inventory creation and maintenance, and collaboration with DHA facility management teams.

Responsibilities include updating inventories, validating data accuracy, and supporting project management and regulatory compliance within the DMLSS-FM system. Some travel to remote locations may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; further education preferred.
• Two years' database management experience preferred.
• DMLSS-FM system familiarity desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and update DMLSS-FM inventories of facilities, rooms and assets.
• Populate data fields across inventory tabs and coordinate with DHA and FM staff.
• Manage room and asset data, ensure MEPRS, codes and housekeeping details are accurate.
• Validate and update cost/history data for facility life cycle management.
• Support project management and regulatory compliance within DMLSS-FM modules.
• Perform 100% room inventory and support regulatory reviews as needed.
• Provide training and desk-side support for DMLSS-FM users.
