Job summary

NakupunaServices seeks a Database Sustainment Specialist to manage DMLSS-FM inventories, data fields, and compliance tasks in support of DHA facilities. The role involves collaboration with facility teams, data validation, and ensuring accurate property and equipment records across CONUS sites.

Strong MS Office proficiency, attention to detail, and 2+ years of database experience are preferred; training will be provided for DMLSS-specific modules.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal.
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Must demonstrate effective decision-making abilities.
• Customer service oriented.
• DMLSS experience is desirable but not mandatory; Training will be provided.
• Two years’ database management experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and update DMLSS-FM inventories and related data fields.
• Validate cost and history entries for O&M and facility life cycle management.
• Support Drawings Management and regulatory compliance tasks within the DMLSS-FM system.
• Assist in on-site operations and maintenance coordination and reporting.
