Job summary

Drain Masters Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support on-site field operations in Anchorage, Alaska. This hands-on role ensures materials, tools, and vehicles are stocked, maintained, and ready for daily field work.

You will manage inventory, coordinate purchasing, and optimize warehouse organization to minimize delays and prevent unnecessary trips. You will work closely with field teams to stage materials before installs, track maintenance, and communicate needs to leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong organization and follow-through; you close loops and prevent last-minute scrambles.
• Comfort working with inventory systems, spreadsheets, purchasing records, and operational data.
• Ability to learn Ply, ServiceTitan, and related systems accurately.
• Practical problem-solving with clear escalation when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized, safe warehouse and shop.
• Manage inventory, receiving, transfers, counts, and vendor returns.
• Track tools, equipment, and maintenance; coordinate vehicle readiness.
• Coordinate purchases with approved vendors within budget; monitor orders and backorders.
