Job summary

Masco Support Services, a division of Masco Corporation, seeks an on-site Display Refurbishment Coordinator to manage daily refurbishment tasks, oversee quality control, and ensure timely order fulfillment. The role involves maintaining accurate inventory, coordinating with supply chain, and driving continuous improvement.

The position requires 2+ years in warehouse/process leadership, exposure to OSHA standards, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• 2+ years managing a team or process in a warehouse/production environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of relevant safety & OSHA regulations and standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize Display Refurbishment tasks for daily workload, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Oversee quality control and inspection to meet or exceed customer expectations for refurbished displays.
• Manage display system ordering and on-time customer fulfillment with proactive order tracking communications.
• Maintain accurate real-time display inventory counts in the warehouse management system.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain and procurement for materials availability.
• Collaborate to identify metrics and drive department performance (safety, quality, cost, productivity).
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and lean principles to boost efficiency.
• Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions to prevent incidents.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and propose effective solutions.
