You will manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, ensure GAAP compliance, develop policies and internal controls, and mentor the accounting team while partnering with executives to drive financial strategy and operational improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to translate financial data into actionable business insights.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience.
• CPA preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the accounting function, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close.
• Ensure GAAP-compliant, timely financial reporting and accurate general ledger management.
• Develop and monitor accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the accounting team and daily operations.
• Partner with leaders to analyze results and provide strategic financial insights.
