Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. Master’s Preferred.
• CPA certification required.
• 15+ years of progressive financial-accounting experience, including 5+ years in a Big 4 public accounting firm.
• Experience with a large-scale manufacturing company, preferably in industrial products or related space.
• Strong technical accounting and internal-control skill set.
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, SOX compliance; IFRS knowledge beneficial.
• Experience driving finance transformation and process-improvement initiatives.
• Preferred experience with OneStream.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting and controllership activities across the Americas region, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.
• Maintain oversight of treasury coordination, tax compliance, shared-services governance, and controllership processes.
• Own and lead the monthly financial close in partnership with FP&A and regional teams, driving standardization and timely closes.
• Oversee consolidated close activities including journal entries, reconciliations, reserves, and governance.
• Ensure financial reporting complies with U.S. GAAP, SOX, and company policies; support internal controls over financial reporting.
• Act as the senior accounting authority for policy interpretation and complex transactions; lead standardization across the organization.
• Drive finance transformation programs and ERP implementations to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Establish and monitor accounting performance metrics; manage SG&A and budgeting.
