Qualifications

• Be at least 21 to work in our Children's Residential program; Direct Support Technician roles are available for ages 18–21.
• Provide formal proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid Indiana driver's license and driving record meeting insurance eligibility.
• No felony convictions or substantiated charges of neglect or disqualifying crimes.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and physical, and meet background screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates confidence when making decisions in the moment regarding Skills Based Treatment.
• Provides direct services to children and supports clients in completing programming goals.
• Operates Damar vehicles to transport clients or perform duties; completes incident reports.
• Acts as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team and participates in meetings.
