ATL MarTech is seeking a skilled digital project manager to run client engagements across websites, MarTech and AI initiatives. You will plan fixed-scope projects, manage scope and timelines, and keep stakeholders aligned from kickoff to handover.

You will coordinate developers, analysts and designers, run workshops, and continually improve delivery playbooks. Familiarity with AI-enabled projects and both Agile and waterfall methods helps you steer complex initiatives with clarity for clients.

Formación

• 3+ years managing digital projects such as websites, MarTech implementations or analytics.
• Experience with both Agile and waterfall delivery approaches.
• Confidence handling scope discussions and tough client conversations.
• Organized with modern project tools: Asana, Jira, Monday or ClickUp.

Responsabilidades

• Keep scope, timeline, risks and decisions visible to clients and the team.
• Coordinate developers, analysts and designers, including partner agencies on white-label work.
• Run workshops and status meetings, converting outcomes into clear next steps.

Run client engagements across websites, analytics, MarTech and AI agents, so every project ships on scope, on time and with clients who always know where things stand.

• Location Remote, United States (Atlanta area a plus)
• Type Contract to start, with full-time possible
• Plan and run fixed-scope projects from kickoff to handover
• Keep scope, timeline, risks and decisions visible to clients and the team
• Coordinate developers, analysts and designers, including partner agencies on white-label work
• Run workshops and status meetings, and turn them into clear next steps
• Improve our delivery playbooks and templates after every project

What you bring

• 3+ years managing digital projects: websites, MarTech implementations or analytics
• Agile and waterfall experience, and the judgment to know which fits
• Confidence with clients, including hard conversations about scope and trade-offs
• Organized with tools like Asana, Jira, Monday or ClickUp

How you use AI

• Use AI every week for meeting notes, status reports, risk logs or project plans, and can show your workflow
• Know where AI summaries go wrong, and verify decisions and dates before they reach a client
• Have managed, or worked closely on, a project that shipped an AI feature or automation
• Can explain AI project risks (data access, review steps, evaluation) in plain language

Nice to have

• PMP, CSM or similar certification
• Agency or consultancy background
• Experience with AI agent or automation rollouts
