Equipment Depot, Inc. is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Field Service Technician to operate, repair and maintain large diesel industrial lift trucks on-site at customer locations in Ohio.

You will read work orders, diagnose problems, perform repairs, report details, and communicate with customers about service needs and completed work. This role requires 2+ years of heavy equipment experience, a valid driver's license, OSHA 10 certification, and the ability to follow safety policies on

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience with industry or heavy equipment; heavy equipment experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record; OSHA 10 certificate and site-specific training required
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures

Responsabilités

• Repairs and operates heavy equipment
• Reads work orders and observes truck operation to diagnose malfunctions
• Communicates with customers on repair needs and completed work
• Records repair details on work orders including model, serial number and hour meter
• Maintains safety by inspecting guards, bolts and safety devices on trucks
• Lubricates moving parts and tests repaired trucks for conformance to specs
• Represents Equipment Depot to customers and maintains professional appearance of service trucks
• Submits time cards and paperwork daily as directed by supervisor
