Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read work order and observe truck operation to diagnose malfunction.
• Provide repair estimates when appropriate.
• Perform mechanical repairs after inspection and analysis.
• Record repair details, including model, serial number and hours.
• Obtain customer signatures and communicate repair needs.
• Inspect guards, bolts, safety devices and make adjustments.
• Lubricate moving parts and verify repairs by test drive.
• Maintain professional image and van cleanliness at all times.
• Schedule service with operations or service manager when needed.
• Submit time cards by 9:00 a.m. daily.
