Toll Brothers is seeking an Assistant Design Studio Consultant to guide buyers through selection of Included Features and Available Personal Choices at the Cedar Park Design Center. This on-site roleCollaborates with Design Studio Consultants to ensure timely, accurate paperwork and customer satisfaction.

The position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and experience in sales or design coordination. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected.

• Interior design knowledge or design coordination experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Prospective Buyers/Home Buyers with Tours/Options Selections.
• Meet with prospective buyers to share knowledge about Design Studio environment and products.
• Provide scripted tours of Design Studio environment in a professional manner.
• Assist with deposit tours and keep to predetermined deadlines for selections.
• Enter selections in Pivotal software and Excel; coordinate with team.
