Flux Resources is seeking a Design Manager to lead design efforts for complex design-build projects in Gary, Indiana. The role requires coordinating architectural, structural, MEP and specialty systems with construction execution on site.

You will serve as the liaison between design teams, construction, owners and trade partners, ensuring design intent aligns with budget and schedule while guiding teams through constructability reviews and value engineering.

Qualifications

• BS Architecture/Engineering/Construction Management with 10 years of design/build experience.
• Leadership experience on design-build projects is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of architectural, structural, MEP, and specialty systems.
• Coordinate across design and construction teams to meet milestones.
• Oversee design deliverables for budget and schedule alignment.
• Ensure design packages are complete and issued per project milestones.
• Collaborate with preconstruction and field teams to incorporate constructability.
