Job summary

Central Pro Supply in Sterling Heights, MI is seeking a full‑time on‑site Driver and Warehouse associate. You will safely operate company delivery vehicles, verify orders, load and unload materials, and ensure accurate delivery documentation.

In the warehouse, you will receive, pick, pack, and organize inventory, keep the workspace clean, support cycle counts, and coordinate with sales and operations to meet delivery timelines. Physical work is routine, and safety is a priority.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate delivery vehicles and follow DOT and company driving safety standards; valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience with warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and organizing inventory.
• Capability to use material-handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) and follow proper lifting and handling practices.
• Strong attention to detail for verifying orders, maintaining documentation, and assisting with inventory counts.
• Reliable time management skills to meet delivery schedules and support daily warehouse workflows.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with customers, drivers, and branch staff.
• Comfort working in a physically active role, including standing, walking, and lifting products throughout the shift.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in distribution, logistics, or the green industry is beneficial.
